Leisure if Moving home to Midhurst
Hollycombe is a great day out for the children. The world’s first “white knuckle” ride is housed here called the Razzle Dazzle, with lots of other rides too, such as the Golden Galloping Horses and the Big Wheel (giving you amazing views of the South Downs at the top) also housed here is the worlds “oldest” ride, circa 1870 Mr Fields Steam Circus, with a haunted house too, the kids will not be disappointed.
When you have had enough of the scary rides, there is a more sedate miniature steam railway, which is 1.5miles on a narrow gauge railway, enjoy the beautiful views over the Sussex Weald as it chugs along. With a picnic to follow, it makes for a great day out for everyone.
With plenty of Hotels, Inns, B&B’s and longer term holiday accommodation, there is a place to sleep which covers everyone’s budget.
Try the Barn at Roundhurst, located in the South which offers luxurious accommodation in a restored 17th-century West Sussex barn, great reviews on TripAdvisor!!
