    Canterbury Property


    In the city centre there are some very attractive medieval homes complete with brooks and duck ponds, however you will have to pay more to live here as homes cost in the region of £1,000,000. This price tag applies to properties on Church Lane and Nackington Road, also very expensive neighbourhoods.


    If your budget is a little more modest, try looking in St Peters Grove, although it is within the city walls, a three-bedroom terrace here costs just £239,995.


    Other sought-after areas include St Dunstan’s, and the best suburban streets are south of the centre on the hills around the Old Dover Road and there are plenty of flats to rent towards the university in the north-east.
